Stylish brown and white glazed vase

A short and stylish studio pottery vase, it is well made with an exaggerated flared neck in glossy brown glaze, while the lower half has lead white glaze decorated with sgraffito brown lines. There is an impressed snail? mark on the side near the base. We have not currently identified the maker.
